Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a combat sport which features seven disciplines. It is a dynamic modern sport designed to improve overall health, strength and endurance. It combines various palettes of punches and kicks in effective fighting techniques.

K1 Style is a full-contact kickboxing discipline that emphasizes striking power, endurance, and tactical execution. Fighters compete in a ring, using punches, kicks, and knee strikes with full aggression. Unlike other full-contact kickboxing styles, K-1 style allows limited clinching, enabling fighters to land only one knee strike before being separated.

Point Fighting is a discipline that highlights speed, accuracy, and reaction time. Fought on a matted surface, it is a dynamic, stop-and-go format where fighters aim to score clean, controlled strikes on their opponents. After each successful technique, the match is briefly paused to award points, emphasizing precision over power.
