Fistball
In Fistball, two teams consisting of 5 players each play against each other on a 50 x 20 m grass court, divided into two halves by a marked line and a net at a height of 2 metres for men and 1.90 metres for women. Each team's aim is to strike the ball across the net in a way that the opponent fails to return. A rally is continued until one team makes an error (fails to return the ball) or a stoppage occurs. Each error made by a team counts as a point for the opponents. Such points are also awarded when the ball is hit out of the playing area without bouncing inside, or if the ball bounces twice in the playing area.
