Hockey 5s is a super-fast, highly skillful, short format of hockey, incorporating all the skills and game principles of Hockey. Each team consists of 5 players (including goalkeeper) on the pitch. Fewer players (compared to 11-a-side), simple rules, a smaller playing surface and rebound boards on all 4 sides of the pitch provides for non-stop action.
