Flying Disc
In Disc Golf, players throw a disc aiming towards a target, using rules similar to golf. The sport is played on a course with 9 or 18 holes, each hole consisting of a teeing area and target. Players complete a hole by throwing a disc from a tee pad or tee area towards a basket, throwing again from where the previous throw came to rest, until the disc comes to rest in the designated basket. Disc golf targets are standard-made baskets designed to catch the incoming discs. The number of throws a player uses to reach each basket is tallied, as in Golf.
Ultimate is played with mixed teams of men and women, on a grass or artificial turf field. Each team is composed of 14 players (7 women & 7 men). 7 players are on the field at one time, in a composition of either 4 women and 3 men or 4 men and 3 women. The aim of a team is to catch the disc in the opponent's end zone in order to score goals. The game is finished and won when a team reaches the score of 13 goals.
