First Sports of The World Games 2029 Karlsruhe announced!

In nearly three years, the international sporting world will turn its attention to Karlsruhe: in the heart of Europe, The World Games will take place there for the second time, one of the world’s largest multi-sport events after the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Annual General Meeting of the International World Games Association (IWGA) confirmed in Lausanne, Switzerland, the first sports that fans from all over the world can look forward to in the summer of 2029 – the list ranges from trend sports such as the exciting Flying Disc (Frisbee) to traditional disciplines like archery and the fast-paced sport of sport climbing.
